Job Overview: As the CRM/Billing Systems Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in transitioning our data from current systems (iCloud, Access, SharePoint, and Monday) to the new CRM (Method) and ensuring its integration with QuickBooks. You will also be responsible for training our employees on the new system, ensuring they are equipped to use it effectively.

Location: Carnegie, PA

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Extract and migrate data from existing platforms (iCloud, Access, SharePoint, and Monday) to Method.
• Integrate Method with QuickBooks to ensure seamless billing and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for the use of the new system.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on the upgraded system.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing CRM and billing systems, preferably Method.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and integration with CRM systems.
• Proficient in data migration and management across various platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
