The CRM Developer is responsible for the administration, configuration, and integration of the corporate CRM system, ensuring it supports business goals, enhances customer engagement, and aligns with product strategy. The role blends technical proficiency with a product-focused mindset, acting as a bridge between business needs and system capabilities. The developer plays a key role in CRM governance, data management, cross-system integrations, and stakeholder support.

5 years Dynamics 365 CRM experience.

5 years of experience creating ETL processes for migrating data between CRM systems and other platforms or databases.

Experience working with API interfaces for communicating with CRM systems.

Expertise in managing CRM systems, including security, users/roles, configuration, backup, and DR (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).

Expertise with database management and ETL tools (SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or similar data tools).

Experience with web technologies for development and customization of CRM systems (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Experience with automation/workflow engines and development for CRM systems (PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flow), workflows within D365, or similar automation tools).

Working knowledge of tools for creating API interfaces (Postman or similar).

Design, develop, and deploy custom plugins and custom workflow activities in D365 using C# and the Dynamics CRM SDK.

Customize and configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Implement client-side logic using JavaScript and server-side automation using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom connectors. Possesses sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner. Can demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations.

Goes beyond temporary fixes and seeks to grasp what is happening with problems, find their causes and prevent the problems from recurring.
