Role Overview:
As a Crop ApplicatorII,you’llbe responsible forthe safe, legal, and efficient Application of plant protection and fertilizer products to a variety of crops. This hands-on role includes operating specialized equipment,maintainingaccuraterecords, and ensuring all products are handled with precision and care.
A Sample of WhatYou’llDo inthis Role:

Safely and accurately apply pesticides and fertilizers to customer fields using various application equipment.

Calculate and calibrate spray rates (e.g., gallons per acre, acres per tank).

Process work orders and complete all necessary documentationincludingapplication records, daily reports,andshipping papers.

Perform daily equipment inspectionsandconduct basic maintenance and repairs as needed.

Accuratelylocateapplication sites.
-
Maintain clean and functional application equipment; coordinate usage and return of all tools and machinery.

Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals in the facility.
What You Bring tothe Role:
-
1+ years of experience, at least 18 years old
-
Pesticideapplicator license
-
Knowledge of calibration techniques and equipment operation
-
Willingness to work long hours and varied shifts during peak season up to 6–7 days/week, 10–14 hours/day

Ability tolift50 lbs.

Willingness toparticipatein drug and alcohol testing and routine medical exams

High school diploma or GED

Compensation and Benefits:

The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.71 to $26.25 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
