Culture & Performance Consultant

In our continuous journey to become Travel’s Employer of choice at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Consultant, Culture & Performance to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department. This role will involve:

  • Delivering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) activity including engagement events, comms and policy ownership
  • Managing the processes behind our recognition schemes
  • Providing research and administrative support for performance and talent projects
  • Supporting with the building and testing of our engagement surveys
  • Writing reports, such as our annual gender pay gap report

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

  • Experience working with data sets in excel (essential)
  • Ability to work with varied stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to be discrete with confidential information and understanding of data protection requirements

About You: The Ideal Candidate

In addition to the above, the below are not essential but would help you to add value to this role:

  • Experience of cruise industry operations
  • Analyst experience
  • Comms experience
  • Experience of working as part of an employee led engagement group
