This is a full time role (37hrs per week / all year round) based at our Aylesbury and Wycombe Campus.The successful candidate will bring a good knowledge of academic quality within Further Education, strong knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment and proven experience of dealing with curriculum processes in order to drive improvement. The chosen candidate will also have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels within the College and beyond from both an academic and professional service perspective. To line manage a high performing team of staff and support the team’s development.
To ensure that the curriculum offer meets the needs of students, employers and local stakeholders.
To utilise business planning strategies to ensure growth and sustainability, including staff utilisation, resources, financial management to provide a distinctive high quality student experience.
To embed an aspirational culture with students and staff across the curriculum area
