The State of Connecticut, Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) is currently seeking to fill a Custodian position at Windham Technical High School located in Willimantic, CT.
Position Highlights:
The Role:
Perform all custodial tasks throughout the high school including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, stripping and waxing floors; collecting and disposing of all trash and recycling into the appropriate containers; using proper custodial equipment to polish floors and shampoo carpets; cleaning all classrooms and non-student areas, including windows and vents.

This position will be filled in accordance with contractual language, reemployment, SEBAC, transfer, promotion and merit employment rules.
For current state employees, salary calculations are not necessarily comparable from branch to branch but it does not impact your state service credit.
