£neg pa , NN17 1QE, 30 days holiday, 8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday, Pension, Parking, PermanentDue to continued success, a UK head office location of a global manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Coordinator to join their customer fulfilment team. You will be supporting customers across the UK and Europe:
- Processing orders, liaising with production in relation to lead times, advising customer of ETA
- Raising orders on internal systems, maintaining and updating database
- Daily contact with customers, providing order status updates, main point of call for any customer queries
- Arranging transportation from couriers for completed orders
- Preparing all shipment and order associated paperwork
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure a smooth order process, problem solving when needed
- Administration duties related to the role, as well as providing adhoc administration support to the Logistics department when required
We would expect the successful Customer Account Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good work working knowledge of Microsoft office, and database management. Be an excellent communicator, and have a confident, customer focused telephone manner with a positive, proactive attitude. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Customer Account Manager, Customer Service Administrator or Customer Coordinator from a production or manufacturing environment.You will be joining the UK head office of a company that has been established for nearly 20 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Customer Fulfilment Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
