As the Customer Business Analyst, Walmart, you’ll collaborate with Customer Business Managers, the Associate Director of Sales, and cross-functional teams to make a real impact. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to work with iconic brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!This role is hybrid and based in our North York office.Main Responsibilities:

• Influence business decisions based on insight into sales results, market dynamics, and category share
• Develop insights and make recommendations for seasonal Business Line Reviews (for all five seasons – Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter, Summer)
• Complete a post analysis (for ALL seasonal/promotional programs) and make recommendations for improvements
• Quantify and influence decisions on item/brand level risks and opportunities
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the yearly account plan
• Develop insights and make recommendations to ensure budgets are achieved
• Provide & support financial reconciliations – invalid deductions & post audit claims
• Develop store orders for seasons (scripts) via detailed allocation process
• Provide models for all seasonal sell through tracking
• Make recommendations to maximize inventory sell through
• Attend selected regular internal meetings to support Associate Director and CBMs with facts and insights to support meeting deliverables
• Meet weekly with Walmart Replenishment Team to align on business needs

Who we are looking for:

• Post-secondary education required
• 1+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a CPG environment
• Advanced analytical abilities and data proficiency
• Superior Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Strong PowerPoint knowledge
• Prior experience and knowledge of Walmart’s culture and operating guidelines preferred
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Ability to problem solve and set priorities
• Strong critical thinking skills
