Maintain filing systems and archive necessary show files and related paperwork.
Assist city teams and ESC with file requests.
Prepare and maintain file logs to ensure files can be easily located.
Organize and prepare files for storage at VRC.
Handle light inbound calls and work assigned queues.
Assist supervisors with “Please Assist” requests from other departments.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Willingly perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the objectives of the position.

Positive and professional at all times. This standard applies to appearance, attitude and communication with subordinates, peers, and management.
Adherence to GES policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the internet.
Ability to work in a team environment or individually with minimal supervision.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days in office, 3 days remote.
Desk/office setting with continuous computer use.
