We are looking to bring on board a Customer Care Representative in Markham, Ontario. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring the highest level of service. Your primary duties will involve processing customer applications, keeping customer records up-to-date, and resolving any queries that arise. This role is well-suited for individuals who excel in customer service and data entry, and who have experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for customers, answering inbound calls and providing top-notch customer service
  • Accurately input customer data and process credit applications
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, delivering a consistent level of service
  • Manage email correspondence with customers, responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to keep track of customer data and correspondence
  • Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring customer needs are met
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a call center customer service environment, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Experience in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of customer information into company databases.
  • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively, maintaining detail oriented and courteous communication at all times.
  • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating multitasking skills and a high level of organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrating strong planning and time management skills.
