Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will join the team in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home). You will provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensure quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.

Principal accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with customer queries via email and phone
• Supporting new and existing customers with applications, guiding them through the process
• Issuing certificates to customers
• Providing administrative help on production of reports and loading onto IT systems
• Gathering relevant information from customers to load onto IT systems
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Other duties that are reasonably within the scope of the role and function.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience
• GCSE Math & English
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
