Job Description
Customer Service Administrator:
-
Expedite customer due dates internally on late orders and communicate out to sales team
-
Field any customer commit questions on a daily basis
-
Coordinate customer due dates on incoming orders internally and with the sales team
Requirements
- 2-3 years required
- Must be advanced in the use of MS Office Products
- Must have project management skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment
