• Customer Interaction
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, delivering tailored and effective solutions.
• Problem-Solving
• Use your initiative to resolve unique challenges in a fast-paced setting.

• Work closely with a supportive team that shares your commitment to outstanding service.

• Take full ownership of customer queries, empowering yourself to make decisions that enhance the customer experience.
