• You hold a permanent full-time position (40hrs / Monday-Friday).

Your tasks at a glance

• You handle customer inquiries (both by phone and email) and respond to patient questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
• You create and manage patient files while providing impeccable customer service.
• You provide patients with all appointment information.
• You manage the voice mailbox and the different reminder lists.
• You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
• You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
• You will be cross-trained for the receptionist position (once you have completed your initial training).

A clear view of your assets

• You have experience as a customer service agent, receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
• You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.
• French is required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).
• Schedule: You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (with some flexibility for possible schedule variations).
