What you’ll bring to the team:We’re currently on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants, who are looking for a seasonal job that’s full of FUN at one of our Merlin Blackpool attractions!A job with Merlin Entertainments in Blackpool isn’t like a job anywhere else. From dizzy heights at the Blackpool Tower Eye to Dungeon frights, from the famous Ballroom and Circus to the jaw-some depths of SEA LIFE Blackpool. The opportunity to work alongside 80 celebrity faces at Madame Tussauds. Not to mention our new, world class, PETER RABBIT™ attraction and The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse.You could be working as part of our attractions team, going out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. Whisking guests away on their journey to the top of the tower, or perhaps clowning around within our circus arena. You could even be the first point of contact for our guests in the admissions department, offering a warm welcome, selling, and checking tickets, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative.If working in Madame Tussauds you could be ensuring the smooth running of our Wax Hands experience or even work in the famous Rovers Return pub behind the bar. If working at our SEA LIFE centre, you could be working with school visits, self-guided tours, workshops for schools, or even giving daily creature presentations. You may also find yourself dressing up in costume or assisting the site displays team with animal feeds.These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted until November 2024 with the possibility to be extended. Offering full-time and part-time hours, our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed, including weekends and bank holidays.Please note we will be holding an assessment centre on Tuesday 3rd September! Qualifications & Experience:

• Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment
• Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
• Someone available to work weekends and bank holidays
