Customer Service / Cleaning AssistantHourly Pay: £13.00Weekly Contract: 18 hours per week. 2x 9hour shifts, Saturday & Sunday NightHours: 10pm – 7amTraining/Induction: Hours will vary during the induction/training period. • Cleaning of all public and communal areas
• Maintenance and delivery of building standards
• Nightly site-walks to ensure that standards are maintained

Customer Service

• Single point of contact for all residents
• To attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly
• Coordinating the delivery of mail and parcels with residents

• You must be an experience cleaner or housekeeper
• You need a keen eye for housekeeping with a meticulous approach to cleaning.
• You must be able to commit to at least 3x night shifts each week – the day will vary week by week, therefore flexibility throughout the week is mandatory
• You must have a passion for delivering high-end Customer Service to all our residents and visitors.
