  • To be the first point of contact for clients on phone and emails
  • Process quotations and sales orders
  • Keep all clients up to date on orders and delivery times
  • Work closely with account managers and production
  • Manage live web chat
  • Keep in house system up to date
  • General admin

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent admin and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
