<div class="isg-job-description“>This employee will lead CSRs by example and be first line for questions and assisting with projects, payors, and training.
Job Responsibilities:
* Processes held sales reports by contacting customers, insurance providers, physician’s offices, and reviewing with regional accounting office
* Must be knowledgeable of existing and new information regarding Lincare equipment, compliance adherence, insurance coverage criteria, and carrier policies
* Knowledge of Lincare paperwork and internal reports
* Use of the AS-400 and LITE
* Understands the CDR
* Daily checking of employees’ task assignments and statuses
* Weekly reporting of held sales decrease and goals to Centralized CSR Supervisor and CHRG Manager
* Daily work on held sales in centers assigned to them
* Assists in the training of new employees
