The Role:

As the Customer Service Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support with systems and reporting to the Operations and the wider EMEA Customer Services teams.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of operational processes, to drive exceptional service and order book conversion.

Your Impact:

  • Deckers B2B support. Provide operational support to ensure B2B seasonal set ups are executed and B2B is optimised for our external customers
  • CRM and Contact Management System. Provide administrative support to system owner and user groups in line with expected service levels, triaging issues and maintaining key documents
  • Reporting. Work with Customer Service Operations Analyst to support day to day reporting and the culmination or reporting packs
  • Order Book Management. Support the Order Management team with administrative tasks relating to the efficient management of the EMEA Wholesale and Distributor Order books

We would Love to Hear from People with: 

  • A keen interest for the fashion retail industry
  • Experience of working in a Customer Service environment, either B2B or B2C
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, intermediate skills in Excel
