  • £48,000 – £55,000
  • Management of the UK & Export Customer Service function responsible for managing B2B Customers
  • Ownership of the order management process, ensuring order are delivered in line with pre agreed SLA’s
  • Work across the order supply chain, working closely with warehouse, supply chain and logistics
  • Own Export process and activities to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Drive and improve OTIF performance
  • Identify and highlight areas for improvement across the customer supply chain, driving positive change where required
  • Liaise with and build strong working relationships with key customers through regular and clear communications
  • Provide team with all the information and tools available to be successful in role
  • Create and present reports to senior leadership team
  • Liaise with production planning to understand lead team and share updated delivery dates
