Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid – onsite 4 days and remote 1 day)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Qualifications:

  • 8+ years
  • Top 3 Skills Needed: Customer Service skills, troubleshooting skills and professional mannerism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization’s product or services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
