Customer Service Representative – $18/hr – Weekly Pay – Start Next Week!

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Provides written responses to emails.
• Adheres to established document policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes special projects as assigned.
• Completes routine administrative tasks.
• Services walk-in customer inquiries.
• Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
