We’re looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Length: 2–3 weeks (with the potential to turn into a long-term opportunity for the right person).

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
  • Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication at all times
  • Support administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling)
