Customer Service Representative

$18.00-$20.00 per hour / DOE

Monday- Friday / 8:30am – 5:00 pm

A manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll handle routine customer orders, answer service questions, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate information regarding their purchases. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with routine orders and product inquiries by phone, email, or fax
• Maintain strong, professional communication with all customers
• Provide up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and shipping status
• Input order changes, cancellations, and return requests accurately
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the supervisor
• Coordinate product returns and credit processing with supervisors or managers
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, mailing, and sampling
• Provide light receptionist coverage when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or order processing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with typing, phone support, and basic computer tasks
• Able to manage a variable workload and stay organized
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
