We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.ANDRITZ Separation’s Saskatoon Service Centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for our valued customers, and to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. The Customer Service Representative will develop an overall knowledge of the products and services offered and will work closely with the sales, engineering and shop operations teams to deliver support and secure orders.Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and utilizing CRM/SAP software
- Work with suppliers and vendors to prepare parts sales / estimates
- Exercise problem solving skills and complete technical research to support customer needs regarding sales, engineering and process issues
- Review customer orders for completeness and enter into SAP
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse team to ensure accuracy of order and shipping requirements and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with Accounting to invoice orders
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, ability and experience:
- High school diploma
- Proficient in using Microsoft office products
- Strong work ethic, trustworthy and dependable
- Basic knowledge of an industrial repair shop environment
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong, communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Legally entitled to work in Canada on a full-time basis
Other valued experience, knowledge and abilities:
- Customer service experience in an industrial service environment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Sales experience
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
