Then we’ve got the perfect role for you!Our client is on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who can help their customers with a smile, a solution, and a little extra sparkle.What You’ll Be Doing:– Engage via phone, live chat and email, everyday acting as the first point of contact for our customers and stakeholders.
– Provide a seamless customer service experience and coordination.
– Order processing with high accuracy and speed according to internal and external customer request.
– Monitor Order Entry to ensure issues are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner.
– Answer questions and solving challenges (they have all the tools and training you need to be successful!).
– Communicate effectively with the sales representative throughout the order process and related activities, ensuring that they are kept informed of order status and ship dates.
– Maintain a professional level in all customer and sales personnel contacts.
– Continuous improvement / optimization of order fulfillment process, analyze metrics to provide insight and recommendations to improve organizations profitability and margin.What We’re Looking For:– Must have Customer Service/Order Entry experience.
– Strong communication skills both verbally/written.
– Must be able to work on-site.
– Strong computer skills MS Office, etc. and access to a strong internet connection/computer.
– Ability to communicate effectively.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to build strong relationships, be flexible and problem-solving skills.
– Great attitude and bring your energy to work every day.
