The primary role of the Customer Representative at LUMINOR Environmental Inc. is to enter, process, and solicit repeat orders from current accounts when applicable. As a part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will communicate daily with customers around the globe, conducting a variety of tasks. You will collaborate with the inside sales and outside sales teams to ensure orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner. The Customer Service Representative generates and maintains strong relationships with current customers and provides support when needed. LUMINOR recognizes the importance of strong customer relationships and enables the team to provide the highest standards of customer service in the industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders accurately in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Support the inside sales and outside sales teams with customer inquiries.
  • Answer customer account-related inquiries over the phone and via emails.
  • Build lasting and meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Process payments and conduct clerical support surrounding invoicing and order tracking.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage timely order execution from order entry to delivery of goods.
  • Complete and file required documentation.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing projects from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales, and/or marketing experience; preference given to experience in the water purification industry and/or B2B.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Post-secondary education in business or communications is an asset.
  • Ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Outgoing with excellent communication skills; comfortable conversing by phone and e-mail.
  • Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented with high levels of organization.
  • Multilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
