Customer Service Representative

The roleYou will maintain contact with your assigned customers, respond to emails and direct phone calls and keep customers up to date with progress on their ordersChase for progress dates via the Customer Service Administrator for all outsourced parts not coming from in house productionLiaise with freight agents, raise invoices and packing lists and follow up with tracking and collection details once collectedKeep all the centralised records updated for complete visibility of order status and to allow colleagues to pick up work in your absenceProvide specialist paperwork such as Certificates of Conformity, Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms and in house or Chamber of Commerce or Embassy documents when required.Run order credits when authorised and ensure parts are returned to stockYou will also help attend to the office phones fielding queries and passing them on to the correct departmentsWhat we expect of youYou will be a determined organised person with experience of being customer facing. You will work well under pressure and will have strong interpersonal skills for dealing with customers. You will possess good IT skills and good numeracy for dealing with and shipping customer orders. You will always strive to improve our service by putting the customer at the centre of what you do.What you can expect of us
