Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude
• Educate potential customers of our telecommunications service and the benefits
• Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions
• Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
• Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
• Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by The Telecommunications and Sales Managers
• Handle sensitive customer information and input data accurately
