Customer Service Specialist, Manufacturing

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Customer Service Specialist! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $17-22.50/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7am-4pm.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Customer Service Specialists are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Receiving, coordinating, and processing all orders from external and internal customers
• Greeting and providing assistance to customers
• Answering calls, resolving questions and concerns, and providing support to customers
• Invoicing duties as needed

• Two or more years’ experience within customer service
