We’re working with a business who buy and sell a monumental amount of plastic across 50 countries internationally. The plan is to be world biggest in their area and well on track do it. To do this, they need the right people in the right jobs which is where you come in:You’re job in this is to make sure the bought plastic gets picked up on time, the suppliers get paid on time and the customers get the product on time. Sounds easy right? It won’t be, you’re dealing with say 800 tonnes a month of plastic which needs shipping internationally.This roles based in their Lisburn facility where you’ll look after a team of 8. One thing they’re passionate about is develop their staff so you need to have a track record of developing high performi0ng teams.What you need?

• You need to be a senior manager with at least 5 or so years in distribution, trucking, ocean freight, import/export, freight forwarding or trading business.
• Good ability to problem solve and think analytically.
• Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
