Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Guarantee that the team follows established administrative policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation, optimizing utilization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address administrative needs and foster productive relationships.
• Regularly evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the success of administrative projects through active participation and commitment to objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in administration
• Proficiencies in administration and management
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) is a plus
