Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our partner—an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing and logistics. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy that keeps production running smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and precision ensure that critical materials and components are always in the right place at the right time—fueling the success of every aircraft that takes flight.

What You’ll Do

• Verify item quantities and conditions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory records using barcode scanners and computerized systems.
• Execute stock transactions and adjustments accurately within the inventory system.
• Support shipping, receiving, and order pulling activities as needed.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs frequently (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in cycle counting, plus experience in shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with kitting and picking processes (a plus).
• Basic computer and data entry skills with the ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability—critical to daily operations.
• High school diploma or GED required (or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and excellent attendance are must-haves.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
