Description We are in search of an Analyst for IS Business Support in Redmond, Washington. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the technical support industry. The Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees, managing network infrastructure, and maintaining internal desktop systems software and hardware. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring file system security.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support on a daily basis to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
• Apply professional expertise and judgement in carrying out tasks, with minimal supervision.
• Understand and apply procedures and concepts of own discipline.
• Make judgements based on practice and previous experience. Requirements
Key Skills Required:

Excellent data analysis and data entry skills.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with SAP and/or Manufacturing ERPs.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
-
1-2 years of related experience in a business environment is preferred.
-
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
-
Experience implementing business and IT processes to support Master Data is preferable.
Preferred Skills:
-
Computer training, including use of the internet.
-
Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
