We are seeking motivated and curious interns to join our Technology team for a focused internship in Data Analytics. This program provides exposure to advanced analytics tools, real-world business challenges, and collaboration with experienced professionals across Devon.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
Assist in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using modern analytics tools.
Support the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Participate in the creation and documentation of analytical workflows and reporting processes.
Help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within business data to support decision-making.
Provide support for Application and reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
Learn and apply best practices in data quality, data governance, and data security.
Engage in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to business operations and technology strategies.
Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry trends through active learning and professional development.

Databricks
Azure DevOps
PowerBI
Power Apps
SharePoint
SQL and scripting languages
Additional data analytics and business intelligence tools
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and SQL.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Interest in business operations and technology-driven solutions.
Willingness to learn new tools and collaborate with diverse teams.
Digital literacy and attention to detail.
