Job Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Research different sources to gather the required data, whether it is numerical, qualitative, or quantitative, from various sources such as surveys, interviews, field research, or databases.
- Data Analysis: Organize and clean the data, ensuring its accuracy and quality, in preparation for analysis using various tools and techniques.
- Report Preparation: Document and analyze the results obtained from the data, providing detailed reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Work with other teams such as research and development teams.
- Data Storage: Ensure that data is securely stored, adhering to privacy standards and protecting it.
- Continuous Updates: Monitor ongoing changes in data or the surrounding environment and make necessary adjustments to data collection methods.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, research, development studies, or other related fields.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with data collection, monitoring and evaluation processes, and data management.
- Experience: At least one year of practical experience in monitoring, evaluation, and accountability
- Experience in Emergency Response Projects:
- Self-Motivation and Team Spirit.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Experience in using data collection programs like Kobo/ODK
