*Job Description*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.
* This role will primarily focus on converting requisitions into purchase orders (POs) and providing administrative support to ensure smooth procurement operations.
* Estimated to be 8 weeks long
*Skills*
Data entry, Inventory control, pdf files
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract position based out of Brentwood, TN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00/hr.
