Data Integration Architect, Information Management Baptist Medical Center. 

As a Data Integration Architect you will oversee and manage our data workflows, tools, and integrations. This individual will ensure the seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data while maintaining high standards of quality and stewardship. Acting as the critical link between business needs and technology solutions, you’ll help transform raw data into actionable information to drive organizational success.

As an Data Integration Architect you will be responsible for: 

• Oversees extraction, transformation, load and parser workflow’s and tools. Owns data integration strategy and standards, data quality, and data stewardship.
• Works closely with others in department to turn data into information and functions as integrator between business needs and technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and implement data integration strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through robust quality assurance and stewardship.
• Function as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize data processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Strong SQL
• Experience with Medallion architecture
• Full Stack Data architecture experience
