Data Integrity & Quality Control Specialist

• Review and validate loan documentation and ensure commercial loan closing packages are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use checklists to verify data fields based on loan type; identify and classify errors (critical vs. non-critical) impacting accuracy or internal consistency.
• Document and resolve discrepancies by recording errors and routing to booking team for correction; report missing or inconsistent documentation for timely resolution.
• Partner with Quality Control and Booking teams to address issues and maintain alignment with procedures and standards.
• Update loan logs and reports accurately; transfer completed packages to Imaging for archival per established workflows.
• Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and all bank policies; assist with audits and quality control reviews.
