Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Quality Implementation for a Hybrid remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position requires 3 days onsite.

This role will be responsible for defining and creating Data Quality rules within the Information Security department. As part of a major cyber data initiative, this position will focus on building security and risk data platforms, centralizing data, and establishing effective data governance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, data owners, governance leads, and business analysts to support these objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with data owners and stakeholders to create Key Data Elements (KDEs) and Data Quality (DQ) rules
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to assess the validity and effectiveness of DQ rules
• Conduct QA and UAT, creating and maintaining detailed test plans, and executing test cases and scripts to validate results
• Define, test, and deploy data quality rules to monitor and enforce data integrity across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with data stewards to define rules and implement validation logic in tools or code
• Track rule coverage and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Collibra DIP and CDQ products
• Knowledge of data profiling and validation tools
• Proficiency in SQL or rule-based engines
• Understanding of master and reference data management
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay range: Up to $76.92 per Hour
