• Use analytical skills to research and analyze unstructured industrial data for cybersecurity applications
• Work with industry experts to understand the problem space and develop re-usable analytical playbooks
• Explore Generative AI models to extract, encapsulate and re-use domain expertise in industrial cybersecurity
• Support building proof of concept and demonstrations for potential stakeholders
• Document research findings and outline the next steps in data-driven cyber defense

What will you need to succeed?

• Currently pursuing a PhD or Master’s in Computer Science or Information Systems with a focus on cybersecurity
• Strong analytical skills, supported by a solid foundation in applied mathematics
• Proficient in Python, with experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, pre-processing, and training AI models.
• Skilled in using Jupyter Notebooks with libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiar with Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline environments
• Passionate about technology, especially advancements in AI and cybersecurity
• Conceptual understanding of Generative AI, with hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying open-source models
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, controls, and challenges in a plus
