What You’ll Do 

As a member of the Data, Analytics & AI team, you will help evangelise and deliver cutting-edge data solutions for our most important customers. You will be delivering on client engagements alongside a project team, where you will be supporting in various aspects of data and analytics: from analytics, ML, product development, visualisation, reporting and strategy.

You are keen to listen and understand, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in environments with complex stakeholder relationships. 

  • Apply fundamental and advanced quantitative methods, including machine learning and statistical modelling, to solve complex business problems and enable data-driven decision making
  • Efficiently synthesize large volumes of data, extracting meaningful insights in a structured and programmatic manner.
  • Create effective data visualizations to simplify and clarify complex data patterns and trends and explain these complex concepts and business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Crafting narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders and weave data insights into relatable stories that drive understanding and engagement.
  • Structuring content logically to guide the audience through complex concepts.

What You’ll Bring 

To excel as a Data & Analytics Consultant within our team, you will need a blend of analytics capabilities, technical acumen and project management. Specifically, you will bring: 

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data and analytics: machine learning, building visualisations, reporting, analysis, and high-level data architecture.
  • Desirable experience working with one hyperscaler (AWS or Azure)
  • Experience in any or all of project delivery, analysing complex client needs, understanding customers or helping businesses and teams to perform better
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build and sustain strong and trusted client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple competing tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and learn new concepts quickly
