To solve important problems we need diverse talent. Our people use their creativity, authenticity and human differences to be champions of change. When people from diverse backgrounds, with different points of view, work together, we create incredible value – for our clients, our people and our society.
Our Deals – Business Recovery Services (BRS) team are experts at transitioning businesses from underperforming or troubled situations to a stable platform for growth. Our work usually begins with a commercial and/or financial review to develop a plan, then work to transition and stabilise businesses via a combination of a turnaround, cash management, or an operational or balance sheet restructure. We are experts at managing difficult stakeholders and complex situations with projects simultaneously focusing on cash, profitability and balance sheet outcomes. If required, we restructure companies via a formal insolvency process. In these situations, we have experience in some of Australia’s most complex insolvencies, always striving to sell the business as a going-concern to preserve value.
