Job Type: Full-time, PermanentA leading law firm is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded legal team, managing a varied caseload across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end debt recovery cases, from pre-litigation to enforcement
• Draft legal documents and formal correspondence
• Liaise with courts and clients throughout the litigation process
• Advise on enforcement actions including arrestments and other diligence
• Maintain accurate case records and meet key deadlines

• Proven experience in debt recovery within the Scottish legal system
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and court procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
