This will involve coordinating and managing in-house projects to support the DC strategy, help enhance sales initiatives, streamline processes, and contribute to moving forward the overall DC sales strategyWork with the consultant team and the Head of DC to map DC scheme consultants as well as provide support for DC independent trustee mapping and relationshipsSupport, and occasionally lead the new DC client onboardingWork with Head of DC on Invesco specific events, DC marketing, PR and contentSupport and attend industry conferences and eventsWork with the Head of DC to create a process for monitoring and updating; client plans, key decision maker movements across the direct and intermediated sales channel. Create and maintain marketing list, track marketing activities and updating sales force on ongoing basis to reflect the sameSupport the coordination across UK distribution, investment teams and other departments to support DC clients and manage internal processesSupport the Head of DC in ensuring effective communication and timely project updates across teamsUnderstand the DC regulatory and investment environment and the impact this has on DC clients investment strategies and governanceWhat you can bring:UK Pensions (DC) experience in a supporting function; for an institutional sales team or consultancyGood understanding of the DC market and up to speed with the latest industry trendsKnowledge of financial markets and investment productsAbility to understand the stock market and investment productsEducated to degree level or equivalentProactive and adaptive working styleSelf-motivated, organised, and methodical with excellent time management skillsAbility to adapt and respond to changesExcellent verbal skills and establishes rapportProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office packagesDisability Confident SchemeApplicants who opt in to the Disability Confident Scheme and meet the ‘minimum criteria’ for the role will be offered an interview.
