As the leader of the Piping Department, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a skilled team of piping engineers and designers towards delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Your leadership will directly influence the efficiency and success of complex projects by fostering a collaborative environment where innovation, technical excellence, and safety are paramount. You will be responsible for setting strategic goals, ensuring resource alignment, and championing continuous improvement initiatives that drive both team development and business growth.
In this capacity, you will interface closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that the department’s output meets and exceeds industry standards as well as our company’s commitment to quality and safety. Your leadership will empower team members to advance professionally and contribute meaningfully to each project, creating a culture of accountability, respect, and inclusivity.
By effectively managing personnel, timelines, and technical resources, you will optimize departmental performance and uphold our reputation as a leader in mechanical and process engineering within the EPCm and broader chemical process industry sectors.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $136,480 – $204,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
