Full-Time)The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team. Our vision is to inspire, challenge, and nurture every child, providing a happy, caring, and stimulating learning environment that equips them with skills for their future.Key Responsibilities:● Collaborate with the Headteacher to lead and manage the school effectively.● Promote our ethos of learning, growth, and success among children and staff.● Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it remains engaging and inclusive.● Support the professional development of staff members.● Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.About You:The ideal candidate will be an experienced educational leader with a passion for fostering inclusive and nurturing learning environments. You should have a proven track record of driving academic excellence and promoting the well-being of both children and staff. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders are essential.About Us:Poverest Primary is a two-form entry school with an Autism Specialist Unit. We offer an engaging curriculum supported by a broad range of extra-curricular activities, including sports, technology, and music, ensuring holistic development for our children.
