Deputy Manager/Service ManagerSupported LivingGloucester£27,000 – £29,000Monday to FridayThe Role –You would be supporting the Registered Manager oversee 6 services and a total of 22 residents.You will lead the colleague team for designated services to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to the people we support in line with the Care Quality Commission/CIW regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities –

• Consistently demonstrate the Company values, leading by example and delivering safe, effective working practices.
• Responsible for the provision of high-quality person-centred support for all people supported, in line with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements and other statutory bodies.
• Responsible for building sustainable relationships with Commissioners, internal and external stakeholders and ensuring appropriate, effective, and regular communication.
• Responsible for the delivery of high-quality referral assessments, ensuring the content is accurate, well written and includes identification and mitigation of risks.
• To ensure that support is individually tailored to the person supported enabling them to have opportunities to exert choice and control over their lives.

Required –

• Level 3 or working towards
• Background in care
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license
