Design Graduate (TikTok Shop Content Design) – 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the Team: The TikTok Shop team’s mission is to create a world class e-commerce experience that helps TikTok users find and discover amazing new products and goods. We’re looking for people interested in learning about content design at a leading tech company. You’ll learn about TikTok Shop users, how to write in our voice and tone, and how to collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to build experiences our customers love. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Launch your career where inspiration is infinite at TikTok. – Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content for TikTok Shop. – Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across TikTok Shop. – Collaborate with design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced work environment. – Upload content to TikTok’s content management system. – Collaborate with content designers on initiatives to improve processes and content quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: – Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. – Strong writing skills. – Strong collaboration and communication skills. – Self-starter who can manage projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: – Experience in UX writing, copywriting, or journalism. – Experience in e-commerce and/or social media.
