Designer- Engineered Fabrics BP NW – Kaukauna, WI

* Designing EF belts to meet customer specific requirements, which includes specifying fabric structure, sizing, seam style, any optional enhancements, as well as finishing and packaging specs

* Management of quotes and technical aspects of orders in SAP

* Follow up on customer irritations, complaints, and corrective actions

* Develop knowledge of Albany products and manufacturing processes

* Support R&D and product development

* Attend Sales meetings, and department update meetings

* Collaborate with global EF as well as with PMC technical teams

* Participate in process improvement and work groups

* Provide customer technical support

* Customer visits, updates, technical discussions, seminars

* Become familiar with specific field applications- this position is intended to progress into Applications Engineer role

* Assist quality and manufacturing to understand customer requirements and participate in audits
